These general conditions of sale define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of products offered by Phenom.
Article 2: Price
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC) and exclude delivery costs, which are charged in addition. Phenom reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.
Article 3: Orders
Orders are placed directly on the Phenom website. Any order constitutes acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale.
Article 4: Delivery
Delivery is made to the address indicated by the customer when ordering. Delivery times are given as an indication. In the event of a delay, Phenom undertakes to inform the customer as soon as possible.
Article 5: Payment
Payment is made online via secure platforms. The accepted payment methods are specified on the site.
Article 6: Withdrawal
In accordance with article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days to exercise his right of withdrawal.
Article 7: Guarantee
All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code.
