These general terms and conditions of sale define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of products offered by Phenom.
Article 2: Price
Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT), and exclude delivery charges, which are billed separately. Phenom reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.
Article 3: Orders
Orders are placed directly on the Phenom website. All orders constitute acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale.
Article 4: Delivery
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer when placing their order. Delivery times are estimates only. In the event of a delay, Phenom will inform the customer as soon as possible.
Article 5: Payment
Payment is made online via secure platforms. Accepted payment methods are specified on the website.
Article 6: Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal. Products must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging .
In accordance with Articles L221-23 and L221-24, return shipping costs under the right of withdrawal are the responsibility of the customer. The refund will be issued after receipt and verification of the returned product.
Article 7: Warranty
All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code.

Article 9: Disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
